• Shipping charges will be applicable depending on the pin code.
  • We are currently offering Flat Delivery Charges of Rs.99/- on all products.

  • We do not ship to post box office address and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to post office box and not received by customer.
  • In case of customized order or any order with cart value above 3000 once confirmed, cannot be edited / modified / changed / canceled.
  • For orders that are custom made and once the order is placed the outfit will be made and then shipped, we aim to deliver as soon as possible but due to the time-consuming process orders are usually dispatched within 2 weeks.
  • We offer customization of selected garment according to your precise measurement of your body type. If a product can be customized you can select on customize this, on the product page. Additional charges to be borne by customer. All custom-made products will be non-returnable/ refundable.
  • For international customer the charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of product and also where it has to be shipped.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for personalized, perishable, or final sale items (unless defective).
  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method or as store credit.

How to Initiate a Return?

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the Product: We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) or guide you on self-shipping.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 Hrs for a free replacement.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be credited within 3  business days after approval.
  • No replacement on altered products.
